Sugar Journal Day 5

Am unsure about today. Meaning, I think, that I am feeling a little low energy. Hopefully that will change soon! [Edit: just realized why --- slept at 11 last night, woke up at 5 this morning! That's less sleep than I like.]
I didn't pack lunch or even a snack because I am eating out (and because I was rushed leaving in the morning, let's be honest). I do have some almonds in case I get hungry around 4. (And those dreaded M&Ms; need to figure out how to get rid of them!)
Brought my gym stuff with me, and remembered earphones, too, so one less excuse to not go to the gym. I have to go, actually, because I skipped yesterday.
Did stop by the Starbucks and get a coffee and Clif Bar (260) calories --- most of them carbs and sugar. And hopefully that Clif bar is all the added sugar I consume today.
Ok, so, as I think this through, those sound like good goals for today:
1) No more added sugar - only the Clif bar. [Edit: should have eaten half now and saved the other half for 4 PM. Wisdom comes late.]
2) Choose low-cal option when eating out (lunch meeting).
3) Go to the gym.
4) Drink at least 6 cups of water.
If I manage that, healthwise, it will have been a good day.
