Sugar Journal Day 4

So, this may not be a different day from Sugar Journal Day 3 but a lot has happened since I wrote that first entry.
Lunch was good: the cup of beans + cup of kale. Yum. One banana. Took the entire day to finish my bottle of water. And forgot to take hot water for tea. Took my gym clothes BUT didn't go to the gym. Split my lunch break into 30 min. of work and 30 min. of socializing, which was lovely. And then the sugar. After I had some almonds around 4-ish... remembered the M&Ms. Took 10, then another 7-8, then a couple more...till I estimate I had finished off about half the pack! The only reason I stopped was because I began feeling sick with the sweet taste in my mouth. As I've mentioned, I don't even like the particular sweetness of this candy, I was just eating it because it was there.
So, tracked on SP right away, went for a walk (only a mile) and made sure that dinner did not push me over my calorie max.
This could have been a better day but it could also have been way worse.
So, once again: onward and upward.
