So I fell hard off the wagon in July.

Hubby was laid off from his job which means I had to transition into being the primary breadwinner and which also means he's around 24/7 disrupting my fledgling routines. I lost my 417 day tracking streak and my log in streak and I've been in one helluva a bad mood about it.

Fortunately I have made a habit of reviewing my month at the end and I realized something really important yesterday. My WORST month in ages...is still better than my BEST month was 417+ days ago.

I'm still aware of what I'm eating even if I haven't always had the time or the internet access to get it nailed down.

I'm not avoiding the gym...in fact I'm nearly desperate trying to fit it back into the new demands on my life at the moment. I MISS IT! I know that I NEED it but I haven't figured out yet how to get back to it which is driving me quite up a wall.

My sugar is still not terrible although it is higher than I would like it's still within "acceptable for a diabetic" ranges.

So yeah, I'm frustrated, and yeah, I'm e-mailing my coach asking for advice on getting my mojo back...but I'm STILL in a MUCH better place than I was this time two years ago. And that's still a victory.
