UNDER 100KG (220 Ibs)

I have finally got under 100kg - I am now 99.9kg (219.7 Ibs). It has mainly been because of my nutrition, I have that down pat, thanks to 12wbt. I still have to work on strength training and adding more of that to my daily routine rather than just going for a walk and getting 15000 steps in a day, I know that if I incorporate weights into the mix that the weight reduction will be more apparent. But I have not been in double digits for a while, so that is a bonus. I have not had chocolate for more than three weeks and I eliminated desert unless it is one that I have made myself with plenty of fruit.
