Hello all my Spark People friends!

I have been free of the dizzy spells for 3 days now as of
5:30 this evening.

Thank you all for your thoughts & prayers.

They are appreciated.

I went to the gym for a 55 min workout today.

Also did 45 min at senior aerobics.
