Day 214 - confused scale

May need to get another scale...... I usually log my weight daily, after stepping on an off and the scale showing 3 times the same weight. Usually out of 4 times, it shows 3 times the same. The last couple of days I have had to step on and off a dozen times. The scale would show a swing of 2-3 pounds every time I stepped on.
I am not obsessed with weighing, but its a daily routine that keeps me informed. Drives me crazy though when the scale acts up. May need to get a new one, will change the battery first though.
I am not much concerned about my daily weight, but average my weekly weight to see a trend. The last few weeks I have been holding stead, not losing or gaining.
Although I haven’t lost weight the last few weeks, things have been going well. I think of it as “practicing” weight maintenance. I record what I eat, meet my water goal, watch what I eat and try to stick to the program.
A bit of summer stress contributes to a little slack open discipline. My daughter is our of school, yet long work days, so I try to make up on the weekends and may have eaten a bit over my calorie goal on a couple of occasions.
Have to get serious again though, don't want the pendulum to swing the other side and me gaining weight again.
I am still super energized and positive that this is my time, but need to be extra vigilant and get back on track.
Day 214 - 64lbs down - only 136lbs or 386 days to go to 225
