Happy Friday!

Not a lot happened today. I was up at 4:00 to make sure that Matthew got up and out the door. This is the second day that he has actually gotten up on his own. Hopefully that continues. It would be nice if I could trust him and actually sleep a little longer. Anyway, once he left I was going to get Mike up, but he got up on his own. So I got stuff ready to start my workout.

Once I was done, I got my shower taken and had my breakfast. I got the dishes done before I headed out to get groceries. That was the extent of my day. I did do a few loads of laundry, but other than that, I just took it easy. I haven't felt all that great today and I'm not sure why. I supposed just tired. I was fighting a headache, but again it could have been because of a short night of sleep.

I am enjoying a quiet house right now. Mike and the boys are at the Adair County Fair. Tonight was Monster Trucks! I have Matthew's lunch all ready to go for tomorrow. He should have a full day. He found out today (he was home before noon) that his little crew will start with Monsanto/Bayer and if they finish and AgReliant is still working they will get shuttled over there to keep working. Extra money! Just crazy!

Goals:
1. Nutrition: not a great day. I think the being tired created a snack monster...
2. Fitness: This morning I did Yoga Burn Total Body Challenge week 5, 2 rounds and Body Groove challenge day 27.
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional and will have prayer/journal time before bed. I did some other reading too.

Tomorrow - Matthew has detasseling, Mike and Jacob will be going to the demolition derby at the fair and I'm heading to Lamoni for my niece's birthday party. Fun day!
