Day 210 - like Sisyphus

Sometimes it feels like I live the life of Sisyphus. Pushing the bolder up the hill, only to have it roll down again. In the past, I would have pretty much given up by now, frustrated with a plateau and my focus seemingly trailing off slowly.
I have to remind myself that this battle is not won in a day, but takes dedication and commitment. I am positive I can stick it out, get over the hump and stay the course.
Overall had a good and productive week, but would like to start seeing progress and payoff for my efforts. I know if I stick with it, things will take a positive turn again.
Positive about the weekend. No plans to eat out, so I can stick with my planned meals. Will put some extra effort in doing some work around the house and not sit and watch TV. Mostly I don’t actually watch TV, but I can spend hours reading, losing track of time.
Not much planned for the weekend, so want to make sure I make it count. I know what to do, so let’s just do it.....
Day 210 - 65lbs down - only 135lbs or 390 days to go to 225
I WILL succeed, because I choose to, because I CARE!
C - COMMIT + Plan every day - I choose to see every day as a new opportunity!
A - ACT on my plans consistently - I choose to take the initiative, I own this!
R - RECORD + REVIEW daily - what worked, what didn’t - Celebrate every victory, learn from any challenge!
E - EMBRACE the journey - I choose to own every decision and every choice and will not be derailed by one challenge, by one bad choice!
