Day 15! It was a rough weekend!

Happy Monday! I didn't get a chance to blog this weekend due to being so very busy. I did keep myself moving this weekend so it felt really good. Saturday, I mowed our grass and my mother in law's grass. (she has a few hills which are a killer with a push mower) I took Savannah shopping yesterday and even though it didn't feel like a workout, we did A LOT of walking. I ended the weekend last evening seeing a local country band for music in the parks. This is something that our borough does throughout the summer.

My only regret is that I did not do a very good job at tracking my food this weekend. It just literally went by in a blur. I don't think that I did too bad but one can never be sure.

Today is a new day and a new week! Let's see how this week rolls:)

    Tracking is when I lose the most. But skipping a day doesn't seem to hurt. Get back to it and it'll be fine. :)
