I really need to walk more. Today, I am going to aim for 45 minutes minimum. I have lost one pound on this challenge so far. That is encouraging although not a lot. At least I am seeing the scale move. I realize I really need to focus on some core exercises. So, I am off to research those. This blog is short but at least it is something. Have a blessed day!

    1 pound is great. I love walking and am fortunate to have a long driveway with woods on both sides. Continue to focus on your food and some sort of movement each day. You can do this.

    I walk some everyday and it really does make a difference. Keep it up you are moving in the right direction.

    I used to walk an area around my neighborhood 40 minutes every day. We moved and it's a little harder to do, but I try.
