My weight loss accountability - TOPS group, Medical Weight Management Program, 5% Challenge, my husband, my friends, me.

Tuesday - Woo Hoo I was down 7 pounds since my last weigh-in 3 weeks ago (was on vacation). The TOPS members were thrilled to see someone in our group have a happy dance weigh in.

I am going for my Medical Weight Management Program 7 month follow up appointment next week. My weight will be recorded and I get the results of recent blood tests. I am down 20+ pounds since Dec. 5th weigh-in.

KALISDAD and I both participate in the 5% Challenges so we discuss our weigh-ins in terms of up or down. It matters to my team how my weigh-ins go.

My friends notice when I lose weight, so that is a great positive reinforcement.

Me - I weigh in several times a week. If I have a high-calorie day or my weight is trending up, I adjust my meals/calories for a few days to offset a weight gain trend. I wear smaller clothes now, so I feel it when they are looser, and I see it in the mirror. This has been the best motivator - shrinking out of my clothes.
