I haven't been doing the greatest. I upped my goals this month when I only met my previous months goals by 60%. So I was feeling put down because I wasnt really ready to change my activity goals the way I did.
So I sat down and spent time today creating a binder as a fresh start.
New starting weight, new goals for July, I printed out new trackers and got everything caught up for the past week.
I'm feeling better now. My goals are more attainable and that makes me feel like I can DO it.
