MY NEXT 40 YEARS

This is about my lifetime goals and my steps to get there GOAL 1 stop smoking GOAL 2 Eat healthier GOAL 3 Exercise more GOAL 4 Take control of my health issues GOAL 5 Maintenance of my life STEP 1 take it one day at a time and deal with the life changes as they come and not worry about them ahead of time STEP 2 As i shop and eat out be ever so mindful of what is going in my body and if i cant pronounce it im not eating it STEP 3 I have set up a plan on my calendar for scheduled excerise and as needed to keep on track i will do extra as needed STEP 4 Keep up with ALL my doctor appointments and my meds to keep me healthy mental and physical and try and get off the meds that i no longer need STEP 5 Once i get to maintaining my life i will work extra hard to keep it THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME DEAL I ONLY GET ONE SHOT AT IT SO WHY NOT MAKE IT A GOOD ONE
