Working on my mindset

I have my nutrition down pat, I am working on my exercise and I think I am conquering my mind set. I am able to go into the supermarket without buying any biscuits or chocolate, that is a WIN for me. YEAH
I am spending my weekends preparing my weekly meals, lunch and dinner, and that is working for me. While I am on the 12WBT program, I am still having trouble incorporating strength sessions into my weekly workout schedule, I am still walking but know that I need to do some muscle toning as well, but I am real good at procrastinating, thinking about it but not doing it. I need to get with the program.
