Day 2 Challenge

I made it through Day One and I feel good about how I did things. Yesterday was a stay at home go nowhere day which doesn't happen often. I will have to be intentional about all of this. When I get super busy I tend to be a little less disciplined. I just want to prove to myself that I can get out of this weight rut I am in now.
This morning was church and now I am home again for the day I hope. I will do my walking and eat good today again. I drink a lot of water all the time so my water issue is not that major except I would like to drink a few more glasses than my normal eight. I also need to work on my sleep habits. I need to go to bed earlier. I am an early riser for the most part. I would love to get back to getting up at 6 AM. I used to do this and I would walk on my treadmill and read my Bible while I am walking. I have an inner ear condition which forces me to pretty much hold on to the sides when walking on the treadmill. I am not sure if this is what allows me to read better or what. Anyway, I used to get up at 6 and do my walking and reading. By the time 6:45 AM came around I had both my reading and exercising done. It was a win win situation. I have discovered if I get my 30 minutes of exercising done in the morning I have a higher success rate of meeting my step goal for the day!
I better get off of here and go drink some water! emoticon
