Back on Track

It feels really good to be back on track. Been at it since May 25th. I've lost 20 lbs and just feel so much better. I noticed today that I don't feel the need to take naps on the weekends. I used to be so tired. I was down to 175 lbs 4 years ago. Can't wait to get back there again!!
