Last Chance Workout!

So, my plan to rekindle our old group was only successful because it's gotten me back to this at least a few times a week. There are two of us right now, so that's a start :) I have started a monthly challenge for myself - an action step every day & a final monthly goal for 1000 minutes of any exercise. This is what we used to do as a group, so I'm motivated to just stay consistent.

I'm doing a weekly schedule:

Mon/Tues are my days off, so those are Rest/Hike days

Wed - Leg Day
Thurs - Arm Day
Fri - Core Day
Sat - Cardio Day
Sun - Last Chance Workout

This has been a great template for me so that I have SOMETHING to work towards. But once I get into my gym, I typically do double the workout, so I have to say this is working!!
