Part of my action plan is to implement new changes . what will they be and how will I handle them.. Well I have already started doing just that but I am a firm believer in never adding too much change at once.. If you do I feel like you set your self up for failure. SO I am working on a new work out routine. I am doing one more 30 day challenge with various work outs so I can pick and choose the ones I feel I am ready for and then I will make a 4 week schedule. Every 4 weeks I will make changes to the schedule weather it me switching out different workouts or upping my reps. They are small changes at first but they will be so satisfying in the end.
