6/30/19 June is over

I hope everyone's June is ending on a positive note. Mine is. I have been slowly getting back on track since my weekend trip with my Girl Scouts, but I am back and focused now.

I lost 2 pounds
I am back to tracking my food
I getting more consistent with exercising

I let all of my routines go
I haven't been holding my self accountable
