I keep losing track of days! The joys of summer, right?
I did manage to get back to sleep after Mike got up at 4:15. What is with him and getting up super early lately? It's getting a little aggravating
. Once I finally got up, I got my workout done and then did Spark People stuff before I fixed my breakfast. I moved kind of slow this morning. I had to get Matthew up so that he could go to cross country practice.
The extent of my day was washing the dishes, making the bed and doing 4 loads of laundry. Somewhat productive. I did finish a magazine and worked on some dot-to-dots. That's about it.
Matthew and Jacob left after lunch to try and mow. They did get one yard done. They had to wait because it had rained last night and the grass really didn't dry out until almost 1:00. Matthew had to be home to catch a ride to the detasseling meeting. Heather wanted him to go to the one in Martensdale and was nice to offer a ride since she requested that he go. There were a few others too. Once Mike got home, he took off with Jacob to mow. So, I did get a little bit of quiet time. It's still not enough, but I know that there is more coming.
1. Nutrition: pretty good today. A little extra snack, but still in calorie range.
2. Fitness: This morning I did Yoga Burn Total Body Challenge - week 3 - still only 1 round, it's just tough and I'm sore! I followed that with day 9 of the Body Groove challenge.
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional. Screen time was too much today. Why? I will have my prayer/journal time before bed.
Tomorrow - Jacob has a chiropractor appointment in the morning. The boys have to finish mowing yards during the day and I have a pedicure in the afternoon. Looking forward to that!
