Netflix and Cable :-)

Tuesday, June 25, 2019

hello everyone emoticon

I am currently watching a documentary "series of episodes" called:
...... emoticon BRINGING SEXY BACK emoticon on Netflix.

it is like the Biggest Loser series but it is Different.
They only help ONE or two people at a time.
There is NO yelling or degrading at people on this show like on the Biggest Loser show.
The people learn to eat a healthy way
and there is no exercising till you drop kind of thing
the KEY is to throw out processed foods, stop eating and drinking junk foods and exercise.
the GOAL is to lose 4 lbs per week with a healthy diet and exercise with this show... not try to lose like 20 lbs per week like on the Biggest Loser show.
* Getting Sexy Back IS very inspirational to watch.

by the way that is how I learned about adding fruit like strawberries to salad. emoticon

Yessss I also watch regular cable TV like Dr. Phil
and I watch Netflix right next to my TV...
so I have 2 TVs in the living room LOL ... I want to miss NOTHING LOL. smiles.
(I put one TV on Mute while watching the other TV and vice a versa)
(I put one TV on Pause while watching the other TV or stop it and watch it later because Netflix streams 24/7)

Prior to watching "Bringing Sexy Back" .... I watched a documentary called: Forks over Knives documentary on Netflix, really Good!!!

FORKS OVER KNIVES documentary on Netflix was VERY inspiring to help me CHANGE and I was blown away on how PROCESSED foods and meat negatively affect our health and is ONE of the main causes of diseases whereas in other countries and cultures who do NOT eat our diet of meat and processed foods and fast foods and junk foods... those people are healthier!
Very interesting documentary :-)
