Dr’s orders! Are you kidding me? Well I’ll listen to her.... I had read this new study too but didn’t believe older women would benefit just as much with 7500 as 10,000 steps. I’m sure I’ll get push back on this, I did with another group! Only following her orders for ME! Lol😳
