Nuts & nondairy milk options

Finding that I prefer cashew milk over almond milk any time. Cashew is also lower in calories for unsweetened than the coconut milk which is my favorite because it's so rich. I did see a combo of cashew-almond at the store that I may try in the future tho. I recall a Dr Oz show where they compared the differences side by side like grams of protein. I normally only get in one cup a day so rely on a supplement for calcium & other minerals plus taking 5000 IU's of Vitamin D twice weekly. My labs came back last week as excellent for that & impressed my dr.
