Doing this together

I've always read that doing fitness with a partner is more beneficial. But I never took it seriously. Until now... These past few weeks have been nothing short of amazing. Doing this whole healthy lifestyle with my husband has been such an amazing experience. I never knew how much closer we could get just by doing exercising and eating right together. We enjoy talking about our different workouts, and what we can do next. We discuss articles that we've read on SparkPeople and discuss how it can help us in our own journeys. I believe just from the few posts that we put on other social media sites, that we have inspired other people to get out and move no matter how much or how little. I can't wait until we visit family members who haven't seen us in a while so they can see the difference that just a little bit of hard work and determination makes. however, that's not the most important part. The most important aspect of all of this, is to be healthier and to not be in pain anymore. I've already stopped taking one of my insulins and only take the other as needed, this is a huge accomplishment for me. my husband has stopped taking as many pain medications as he used to and that is another huge accomplishment. Together we can do anything!
