Today was a perfect Monday

It's amazing what the right start to your day does for you the rest of the day. So I planned my day out Sunday evening. I know I'm going to probably workout after work most of the time. So I planned to wake up at 5am I told Alexa to start my day and played an upbeat mix of music for 20 mins while I laid in bed. Then I got up took a shower, bushed my teeth, washed my face, then I relaxed and watched one show on TV. Took my dog on a 15 minute walk, then started getting my lunch and snacks ready for work and then headed to work and had my oatmeal, fruit and cheese for breakfast. Went to the grocery store for a few things for dinner and had lunch at home. I went to the gym did my 30mins on the elliptical, and then came home and still felt motivated to clean my bathroom and bedroom and then took a quick shower and now here I am.
Before I would have grabbed something either from McDonald or Dunkin Donuts and headed to work and then ran out of energy mid day. I'd then come home feel completely unmotivated and just sit there doing nothing and eat some more.
I need to keep up this motivation because it feels good. I think I spent too much time watching TV and need to limit that throughout the week and maybe limit the bulk of my catching up to the weekend.
