Day 11

Ok, so this is day 11. Eating healthy about 90% of the time. Having trouble getting in steps some days and forgetting to log food some days. But with that said , things are way better than they were before. On the good side I am down 3 lbs. Need to start getting my butt back to the gym! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
