I finally got sick and tire of being sick and tired. My weight was climbing, climbing, climbing.

So here I am starting my life changing path to a healthier me. So far I'm down 11 lbs in two months, but I've started to level off.

I think it's time to get in more exercise and make me a priority. I don't enjoy exercise (God I wish I was one of those fanatics that does), so I allow events and situations to get in the way of my scheduled workouts. No More!

Staring Monday ( I know - why not today - cause this is my plan that's why). I will work out every Monday, Wednesday and either Friday or Saturday. I will walk for 30 minutes at lunch 3 times per week, weather permitting.
