GOAL AGAIN ...

I didn't make the 12,000 plus today like yesterday but I did 11,399 steps, 5.14 miles, 4 floors, 8 of 14 250 steps per hour. I would say it was a good day.
Nutrition was good. I stayed within my calorie and carb range. I cooked extra Sunday and we are still having our dinners from that cooking. Still delicious. While I work, I have some Lean Cuisine's in the fridge and have my lunch there. Works out well and I know exactly how many calories.
I had a productive day at work. I get a lot of steps there … going to the copier, going down the stairs, walking around my office pulling music and filing. I am really tired when I get home but it will get better as I get used to working again. It's been about 3 yrs. since I had to get up and go. Hope the energy level will improve as time goes on.
Close to bedtime so need to get off. Everyone sleep well and have a terrific Thursday.
