STRESS EATING & shaking it off

The last two days have been horrible. With so much going on and stress at work I have been so busy. Two nights in a row with less then 5 hours sleep and I have made bad food choices.. really bad food choices and went way over my calories. I have been too tired to work out with no sleep. I am not giving up. I am shaking it off and resting. Going to bed early and getting up tomorrow and working out. I will get back on track and I will do this.
