Okay things are going well. Healthy eating is under control. Need to make sure I keep drinking enough water. Need to do at least 15,000 steps daily. Also need to get my butt back to the gym! Not letting people get to me. I am doing this for me! Feeling better and no longer feeling bloated. So here is to another day....
