So my blood sugar managed to stay up. I had 2 bowls of pasta. Still it normally would go up to 160 to 180 which is why I don't eat pasta. I got 135 so that was safe enough to exercise. So I did 2 rounds on the treadmill. I am disappointed that I didn't get to hike like I wanted. I will try tomorrow. If I get another low sugar like that I will go to doctor and see if I need to drop a med.
I got the jar with the beads and recounted the bead So I went with 130 pound to lose. Then make a new goal. I have no idea what is reasonable. So then I had to count out the pounds I lost since starting this journey 2 years ago. So that was 25. I lost or should I say relost 8 since my second round here at SP. So all together I will have to relose 21 pounds. 13 more to go to get back where I was.
So I own it. This is gift. If you find the Spark that keeps you on the right path of eating healthy and exercising, feed it. Feed all the good things in life. Feed it good feelings, feed it exercise, feed it all the fresh colorful food of the rainbow. I was lucky to get another chance to come back. I hope to honor it.
