I have lost a total of 72 pounds on this journey I began this month in 2009. I have been on and off since then but I am committed this year to sticking to a change in eating habits and exercise. Healthy eating, controlled snacking and getting up and moving. I am gradually increasing my steps per day and can walk over to my son's house much more quickly and easily. I have lost 12 pounds since this past April alone and want to continue at about 2 pounds per week. I have little rewards set up with the biggie of a new wardrobe when I reach the 200 or less mark. If I can do this you can too. Remember a little goes a long way.
