I did a PLANK this morning for the first time ALL by myself!
yes "my body" was LITERALLY TREMBLING for a FULL 60 seconds - 1 minute.
I held the position for an extra 5 seconds just in case I counted 60 seconds too fast LOL
Holding a PLANK position for the first time at 266 lbs = is a GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT.
WHY did I do a plank today for the first time?
Because I wanted to SEE if I could get on the floor and get back up LOL
2nd because planks (per google and youtube) are supposed to be beneficial.
3rd because I wanted to SEE if I could hold my body OFF the ground for a full minute and I did,
4th doing planks is supposed to like help the CORE muscles and help the body get stronger :)

I also found out there are several positions to do planks but again it was my first time so I want to work my way UP to different positions. lol
