30 day Shred : Day 2

I’ve been stuck in a workout rut. I rarely complete a challenge cuz I get bored with them easily. However I love Jillian Michaels so I’m back to her 30 day Shred workout. I started Monday with Level 1 which I do for the next 10-13 days depending on rest days in between.

It was so intense . Really made me realize just how out of shape I’ve become! So I plan to post for accountability in my blogs. Here’s to actually completing this challenge!

    yes!!!! I hope you go forward and complete it this time - you need that good mindset for YOU!!! I have trouble starting to many things at once and then not finishing - am also doing a challenge and so far have kept on track and on day 9 of 30!!! So good on us!!!

    Good luck! I have tried Jillian's Shred, and it isn't for me, but I'm glad you are enjoying it. I know it is challenging. Have fun and stay in contact.
