30 day Shred : Day 2

I’ve been stuck in a workout rut. I rarely complete a challenge cuz I get bored with them easily. However I love Jillian Michaels so I’m back to her 30 day Shred workout. I started Monday with Level 1 which I do for the next 10-13 days depending on rest days in between.
It was so intense . Really made me realize just how out of shape I’ve become! So I plan to post for accountability in my blogs. Here’s to actually completing this challenge!
