2019 Summer 5% Challenge Blog

I joined the 2019 Summer 5% Challenge which hasn't started yet so there is still time to join in. Here is the link to that page if you are interested
#2 Exercise Plan
My exercise plan is to continue with elliptical which I lowered to 30 mins daily when I added strength training which is 39 mins daily. I hike when I have time and have Richard Simmons DVDs to use as a break from elliptical. I put in extra elliptical or walking when I see I am not going to reach my daily goal of 9300 steps. It's easier for me right now to call the extra I do as 'get my steps in'. Calling the extra as exercise wasn't working for me.
#3 Healthy Eating And Nutrition Plan
I am going to continue with mostly gluten free and low starch. Lots of fresh fruits, vegs, and fish. I am trying to eat more veg then fruit and most days succeed. Water I still attempt to get 1/2 my weight in ounces.
