June 9 - staying on track

Hello everyone! As part of my new (again) passion to get on track I am going to blog at least once a week to keep my accountable.
This week I have been consistent with tracking all I have eaten. Only missed part of one day. The scale has stopped moving upward. Woo-hoo! I attempted to get 250 cardio minutes this week, but was 48 minutes short. I did ST almost everyday. I don't always know how to track this. For example I am doing the same number of jumping jacks, pushups and crunches as the date (today is 9). This only take a few seconds so I haven't figured out how to record it. I am also completing the fitness challenge for my biggest loser team the Purple Pegasus. Some I can record - others are not as easy. Regardless I am doing them which is a huge improvement over before. I hate to ST. I can dance and walk and do other cardio all the time, but ST I can't get into. However I know I need it and am making it a priority to do something everyday no matter how small. When I find my measuring tape again I will update my measurements and see how it is making a difference. I know it will.
Goals for this week:
300 cardio minutes
track all food
focus on staying at low end of calorie range
