Embracing Uncertainty - Day 8

Friday, June 07, 2019

TGIF again already. All I can say is that it has been a week... ... ... (of Mondays :) ha ha ha felt like it at times.

Seriously though, I have managed to stay on track on the important things like daily movement and feeding plan. Didn't allow myself the option to skip on these.

Posting here, yep; fell by the wayside. Heavy sigh. Oh well, Shrug.

Did get on SP to track food and movement, and to intake some motivational determination but that was about it. Mea culpa. But not sorry. We do what we gotta' do to get by.

Family functions this weekend which means busy, travel, group stress, but FUN. It's supposed to be fun, remember? Keep telling myself that. Have to catch up on housekeeping/garden when we get back to be ready for an event we are hosting late next week. Not conducive to rest, relaxation or restoration along with the stresses of how to stay on track and on plan out in the wide world. Will figure something out, I usually do; getting to be automatic and natural. Whoo Hoo! Go Plan B! or maybe Plan R (on the Road) or Plan T (Travel). This mindset prompts me to look for opportunity. When one looks, one usually sees what one is looking for.

Hope you are crushing your plan! Find the Opportunity to Move It, Shake It, Stick your landing, and otherwise exceed expectations! You are worth it.

Peace and Care
