Day 167 - business travel, again

Finishing another great, flawless and uneventful (regarding eating) week. Feel really achieved and productive at work this week. Looking forward to a (hopefully) active weekend. Got quite a few things to catch up on at home, i.e.: buy tires for the car, some odd jobs around the house.

Next week, another business trip and lots of scheduled, catered meals. Have to try to work around these and skip as many as I can. Several restaurant visits and tastings.....sounds all fun,..... but they really throw me off, as they are not aligned with my preference to skip as many carbs as possible.

But then, a week-long cruise with the family, which I really look forward to. I am committed to eat according to plan and not binge eat all day. Will have to make sure we schedule enough activities as a family. Have decided to not opt for the wi-if, let’s see if I can stick to this, and not spend the vacation week working. Really want to make every effort to just switch off. Will spend some time this weekend to plan the activities ahead of time.

Super energized today. Super positive. Life’s good.

Finally, a shout out to all fellow Sparkers who may have left a comment or visited. Have been really busy the last few weeks and not been as good at thanking for comments and encouragement. I love it here and the support has made a huge difference. Will try to catch up over the weekend.
