A new plan of attack for my weight release since I again regained my weight

Wednesday, June 05, 2019

Apparently my previous scale didn't weigh me accurately and so I am now at 435 lbs. I have now lost all progress I had made previously. So I am back at square one now. However with me not tracking properly and also on the low fodmap diet and losing nutrition for days on end. I never really knew how many days I was in range and that is completely my fault. I also didn't take my powder which didn't help. Now however I have a game plan intact for the weight release. Here it is:
1. Track my nutrition daily
2. take prescribed meds for ibs
3. work out 6x a week to hiit for 60 min
4. do st 4x a week
5. blog weekly about what's going on

Sounds like a strategy that with the Lord's help you WILL keep.
It's like making a promise to yourself and doing the follow through!!

Ugh, I hate to admit it, but you are right on about tracking. I've also regained and need to commit to daily tracking. It always helps when I do it. Sometimes it's hard to face what I've actually eaten and how much. Thanks for setting a good example.

I am so very proud of you for having a goal and making a plan.. This isn't always easy to do , but so necessary if we are going to reach that goal we have set..

I am reminded of this quote... " Growth is painful, Change is painful, But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don't belong.."

I, too have been stuck many times, but the awesome thing is when we ask the Lord to help us, He always reaches down and helps us get back up.. He doesn't do it for us as we would not learn anything if He did that, but when we allow Him, He will teach us the right way to get it done with His help , but I have discovered I have to be willing to do the work that is required to get to the goal I have set..

I'm praying for you and I know you are going to do it …" Take it all one day at a time and enjoy the journey"

    Hugs and Prayers,

You can do this. One day at a time.
