When exercising is better than that favorite snack!

I always work out in the morning and add a nice walk at the park or on the beach in the evening.
If I miss my morning work out I usually skip it. Today I had to take a friend 2 hrs away to a hospital for a few days and I didn't have time to get my work out in but when I got home in the afternoon I missed my morning work out so much I did a small 20 minute workout I was so proud of myself. Once you get in the swing of exercising it becomes a habit. A great habit and one that you hate breaking. Better than having that favorite snack !!

    So true. My legs get cramping in afternoon if I didn’t walk in the morning.
