Day 5 of summer

I am down almost 3 lbs of bloat but I am still carrying pain which means I still have inflammation. My water needs to improve. I have several unfinshed (half full) quarts around the house and I really want to drink 1 gallon of water a day. I am sure I get at least 8 cups but that is not nearly enough.
The more I drink the easier it is to lose. Also I must log my food - I have been doing great. Currently I am doing about 50% fat calories, 25% carb 25% protein.
Food has been delicious. Trying out some new recipes because we just get bored with the same ole same ole.
We are also running out of meat - we belong to a farm and we are down to the parts of the animal we really don't know what to do with nor enjoy - Livers and Tongue so I had to actually purchase meat for the first time in 8 months. Went to farmer's market to get as close as what we eat.
I pulled a muscle in my back on Saturday but it went out on Sunday. Much better today and I go to the Chiropractor and the Masseuse today. Will exercise this evening at the Y.
