I should get back to journaling. It helps me to stay on track. Breakfast this morning was grapefruit, yogurt, hemp hearts, ground flaxseed, a sprinkle of pecans and pumpkin seeds. and a drizzle of honey. I should have taken a picture of it. I need to work on getting in more water. That is an area I just don't even think of during the day. It is 11 a.mm. and I've had two cups of coffee. That's it. How does everyone get their water in and how do they track it?
