I joined in May 2009 so I've been doing this for a decade. emoticon
My goal has always been good health and functional fitness and I'm doing pretty well there. Inner-ear issues have required me to drop yoga and other such activities, but I can still get on the treadmill and elliptical for cardio and I do strength training for bone health and general fitness.
Even more important for me is the support and optimism I get from Spark Friends! It means the world to me.
