I've Bern doing Spark almost 5 months. Here in the last week, I eat breakfast. Same amount of calories. But within 2 hrs. For some reason, I'm really hungry. Same thing happens after lunch and dinner.
Any suggestions? I don't understand why I'm getting so hungry all the time. I'm drinking my water, still eating veggies, protein. Carbs but limited. I don't know.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
