Setting Little Goals to Reach That BIG One

I finally began setting smaller goals that were more reachable. Instead of lose 50 pounds by such and such a date, I set smaller amounts, like 2 pounds a week with a total of 8 per month with a target weight In mind by a specific date. My last one was to just get down to the 240 mark which I did and then I rewarded my self with a new PS4 game. My next 2 pound a week deadline is 237 by June 6th but if it takes a little bit longer that is ok too. Reward for that goal is The White Princess series dvd. I like to make myself earn these unnecessary items. I DONT reward my self with food....ever.
Of course I still have my main target goal to lose down to between 200 and 180. I will take a good look at my body at 200 and then decide if I need to lose the next 20 or not. The reward for that goal....ALL NEW CLOTHES THAT FIT. LOL I am pretty much going around in stuff that is sagging and bagging. I can pull my jeans off with out undoing them. I have all my size 3x tops for sale.
So just remember, YOU CAN DO IT. Small steps like to big changes.
