Ways my life is healthier than before

1. I keep up in spin class
2. I’m on week 2 of a couch to 5k - that’s right I’m running
3. I completed PT for my shoulder injury and have less pain
4. Most nights I sleep very well
5. I rarely consume alcohol
6. I am feeling more in control of my eating with intermittent fasting
7. I’m becoming a better example to my patients
8. Mostly I’m managing anxiety quite well

The scale hasn’t budged in a while, this is my positive list of other ways I’m noticing being healthy. :)
