I did it!

Yesterday, in my blog, I wrote my first step to getting back on track was to go for a walk today. And I did it. I walked up and down my drive way for about 25 mins. All it took, was getting out my head phones and putting on some music! I felt so much better after taking a walk!

Especially since in my head, I was trying to come up with excuses. It wasn't as nice today as I thought it would be, it was actually kinda chilly out, and I had had a bad headache all day. But I did it anyways. And I feel so much better that I got off the couch and went for a walk!

Tomorrow, my goal is the same thing. To go for a walk. I want to go for a walk in the morning, atleast sometime before lunch as it might rain tomorrow afternoon. There is a slight chance of rain in the morning, but Im sure I can walk sometime tomorrow!
