Day 150 - staying positive

I’d lie if I say I’m not a little bit disappointed. At 150 days, and somehow gained 4lbs the last few days. Was already down 72lbs and was averaging 10lbs per month lost. Know I hit a few snags, but was hoping I’d do a little bit better.
That aside, I am having a great week and I am back on track. Sticking to the plan and things are looking up. Know the plateau will be temporary.
Only challenge is the next 2-3 business trips coming up. One all of next week, but I am super determined to prepare well and stay on the wagon. Need to make sure I record everything (and ideally before eating), to stay on track. Lot’s of hosted functions will make it a bit more challenging, but not impossible.
This week we have catered lunches at the office every day and I have done well brown-bagging and eating my boiled eggs and pork rinds for lunch. Tomorrow we are doing some charity work, and have a scheduled social event. I am confident I will be OK and make the right choices - either have a all-protein dinner or salad, or will eat when I get home. No greasy sports bar food for me tomorrow.
Overall, again to super positive and super energized. I am doing this, because I make the right choices!!!
