No idea how I managed it but stayed within.y calories for the day. I ate a lot of junk. Lemon cake, chocolate cake, lemon square, cinnamon bun, macaroni and cheese I only had a little of each and since I had no measuring system I used the closest I could find in spark people. Then my hubby decided he wanted to grill tonight and he never offers to cooks so I said heck yes which threw my already saved dinner calories out the window but I somehow made it. In total shock by it and I think the scale will show it but I practiced moderation which can be hard for me!
