Three things I am grateful for today are

(1) Loss of 0.2 this week at TOPS - makes 4 weeks in a row with a loss

(2) husband who is doing such a great job on the yard work getting the flower beds ready for new plants

(3) that I have logged into Sparkpeople for 125 consecutive days
